Motion State Modification of Coulomb’s Law and Dynamic Gravitation

As we know, Coulomb’s law describes the interaction between static charges. In this paper, modified formula of in state charge motion is given. Based on formula, Ampere’s and Lorentz’s force are derived by pure mathematics. According to similarity universal gravitation law, correction under assumed boldly, some inferences made celestial bodies.
